On Friday, April 13th the Hospital Discharge Group along with a few members of other lean projects presented out on all the work they have done over the past 6 months.  They are currently in the middle of piloting their proposed future state for discharge with two services:  MT5 and Orthopaedics, and will continuously meet to improve this and other processes until they are stable enough to implement in other areas.
